Overnight Oatmeal Recipe

  • Here is something for my friends who don’t have time to make breakfast or lazy to make breakfast in the morning.
  • When you get up in the morning your breakfast will be waiting for you.
  • All you need to do is grab a spoon and enjoy the delicious breakfast ready for you.

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup milk (If possible use almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds (Or use flax seeds)
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 mango chopped or you can use fruits of your choice.
  • 2 tbsp Pomegrante seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried blueberry
  • 1 tbsp crushed nuts of your choice.(Almonds,pista etc)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1. In an air tight jar put oats,add chia seeds and pour milk and then add yogurt.
  • (This is the basic recipe and you can flavor it with fruits of your choice )
  • Give a quick stir.
  • Add less or more milk based on how thick you prefer your oat meal.
  • 2. Put chopped mangoes, pomegranate seeds,dried blue berries ,chopped almonds and honey.
  • 3.Cover the jar and give a shake.
  • 4. Refrigerate over night.
  • 5. Get up in the morning grab a spoon and Enjoy it cold or heat it up for a healthy breakfast.
  • (I love eating it cold...its awesome).
