Bhindi masala

INGREDIENTS

  • Okra/Bhindi/Ladies finger finely chopped 1 Cups
  • onion finely chopped 1 Nos
  • Tomato finely chopped 1 Nos
  • Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Cumin Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
  • Salt to taste 1/2 Teaspoons
  • sugar 1/4 Teaspoons
  • Cooking oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Water 3 Tablespoons

INSTRUCTIONS

Take a pan , add 1 tbsp oil and fry bhindi till the color changes and it gets crisp.

Mean time, in another pan, temper cumin seeds , fry the add chopped  onions with sugar .

Add chopped tomatoes, salt and saute till them turns mushy.

Add spice powders, fried okra/bhindi

saute and 3 tbsp water, mix well till the water drains out.it may take about 3 minutes.

Its ready. Have it with rice or chapati.
